Ok, well even though I'm sicker than a dog I felt bad about falling behind. So, I pulled myself up and did 2 L2 in a row to catch myself up. This puts me at D15, D5 L2. Now I can go die peacefully on my couch lol.

Monday Check in. CW: 165.5 (down 3 pounds!!!) OWLS: 600 NEWTS: 35 - stayed under all 5 days, it was harder than I thought. Sodium is a jerk. HP: 420 Just like last month I missed my monthly goal by .5 pounds. I think the scale is doing that on purpose just to be mean lol.

A few months ago I switched my 2 dogs and my 2 cats over to Taste of Wild. I've definatley seen an improvement, they all have shinier healthier coats, not shedding as much, less "presents" for me to clean up in the yard. I've become great at cooking a meal one night and using the left overs for another recipe the next. Like I'll cook ratatouille one night, and use the left overs to make a pasta sauce for example. Wine is definatley one of my downfalls, I definatley agree that it aids my sanity as well. It's like I feel bad for the rest of the wine in the bottle, I don't want it to feel left out lol. I just make sure I excercise a bit more on days I know I'm going to indulge.

Thursday Update: 3000/4000 stairs 13/30 fruits and veggies Would have already banged out the fruit and veggies, but I'm broke this week. Spent too much on Halloween decorations and zombie proofing the house I guess lol.

I'm glad I'm not the only one! My one dog thinks he's sneaky and creeps up to sleep on my bed while I'm excercising, the little dog wants to "help", and the kitten just wants to be the little demon he is.

D4L1 done. Not feeling nearly as sore, but there are some points that I want to strangle Jillian (jk). Threw in about 40 minutes of stairs afterwards, my legs are tired.

Day 1 under my belt. Added some stairs and squat kicks for about 20 minutes afterwards (weekly challenges for 2 other groups). Day 2 of Yoga Bootcamp tonight.
