Got D1 and D2 done, tomorrow I'll do double workouts again to and be caught up. I did 30DS L1, and NMTZ. I decided to try and use 5 lb weights instead of 3 lbs, it was fine for 30DS but hell for NMTZ. I had to switch back, oh well something to work up to. Just stopping in to say hi! Relaxing today after what felt like eternity in the car. My road trip took 36 hours total, with a 1 hour nap. I'm exhausted but will get my HP's up starting tomorrow. Hope everyone had a great weekend!!!

Giving myself a rest day today after my long drive, thought about starting today but I'm soooooooo exhausted. The trip took 36 hours total with a 1 hour nap. All done! Final results: lost 1.25 inches off my waist, lost 1.25 inches of my hips, and lost .5 inches off my chest. Weight loss was 3.5 pounds. Not as good as I had hoped but I was battling a pretty nasty cold for a bit, hopefully I'll rock it out for the next JM challenge. That being said, I'm still happy with the loss…

You have no idea how much I heard that when I originally moved to New Mexico, the problem was that most my friends were serious. My Aunt went as far as to ask me what kind of water they had in New Mexico, I replied "American". I finally got in the habit of telling people I was moving to the New Mexico not the Old Mexico.

So did we ever figure out the next workout? We've been talking about mixing up the videos, are we forming a new group adding on to this one...not doing it at all. Just finished D1W4, so happy to be done with W3 it was really hard on my knee. Kind of diggin W4, but then again I said that about W2 and ended up regretting it the next day when I was super sore.

No longer having a problem staying under my sugar level, even with all my fruit and veggies. Once I work out my sugar allowance increases putting me well under. Yay for cardio. Total roll reversal from last week where I would have reached my protein goal for the day, but as soon as I worked out I was way under. You win…

Trying to get motivated to workout today. Kind of hit a rut the past couple days, not making the best food choices and totally slacking on my workouts. Skipped yesterday so going to try to do 2 workouts today to make up for it.
