If you can't log on your phone, most hotels have internet and some have computers. Otherwise there are plenty of good food choices available and the walking will be amazing for your exercise log. Have a great time, it's the greatest place on earth. When I was on a diet and went I lost 5 lbs in a week while I was there.

There is an IPOd that only $49 it's the shuffle. They are really small and clip to your clothes no need for a band. If you have a computer get on apple's website. They sell them everywhere even at our local grocery store. Oh and there's no video on this just room for music.

I eat a huge breakfast to include eggs 2-3 with spinach, mushrooms, and tomatoes. I use spray in the pan.
