I am starting to notice a change in waist, legs, and buttock. I am doing a lot of strength training and weights on my husband's bowlfex. Love that machine cause I can use it by myself, no heavy weights to change.

It's so unfair that the boobs disappear. I am definitely a pear. I am caucasian and my african american students tell me I look like I have one of their booties. They tell me african american men would love my bottom. Well I just want to get rid of it. If I could only transfer some up top would be swell.

Yogurt was a good choice or try some granola or nuts. You are not going to be able to sleep well if you go to bed on an empty stomach.:indifferent:

How about turkey. I make turkey burgers or turkey meatballs. They are usually a big hit. As the other post says I get extra lean burger to make tacos. I make myself a taco salad and skip the shell.

Great job at the weight loss. I'm not sure about the calories but there will be plenty of others who have suggestions. I always hit mine and have to try very hard not to go over. So I will leave that question to others who may have experience with that.:smile:
