I watch the fat grams a friend is a nutrionist always told me to stay below 35-40 grams a day and you'll lose weight so I don't pay as much attention to the calories. Although I don't go way overboard.

Not me but i usually have the instant and have 2 packages don't feel hungary for hours. Love it

McDonalds????????????????????????????????????????? what were you thinking the only thing to do is exercise to get calories back skipping not a good idea. McDonalds never a good idea!

Don't let him get you down just keep on doing your thing! I have one of those also but he doesn't need to diet but complains about my weight constantly!
