Awww! That's great! I totally agree @ knowing the person. You don't have to build up or fake up some rapport with the person.. They know a good bit about you and you aren't struggling to make "small talk". Definitely makes the relationship seem more natural, @least to me. :) Best of luck 2 you both! :)

If you watch the calories and exercise/workout regularly, your body will burn the fat (rather than store it for later), making it a mute point.

For me, whenever I go out to eat, if there's alot of food being served & the calories cant be properly counted, grab a small portion of EVERYthing... and count each piece as circa 200 calories each.
