One suggestion based on your diary...maybe cut out the nutrition bars and replace them with fresh fruit and veg. Also... you seem to be high on sodium some days...cut back on that :)

Same as the above posters...the quick add isn't accurate. One other thing i noticed is on more days than not, you have little calories in the a.m. and big heavy dinners. Try to switch that around. Two things I noticed... you don't have a lot of veg in your diet and you have lots of red meat which is high in fat. Try taking away some of the beef and adding lean chicken, fish, egg whites.

You sound like me! I was freaking out about the thought of increasing my calories but honestly, at 1200 all I do is think of food. It wasn't fun. The last time i hit a plateau i increased for a few weeks and the weight came off. Then I dropped back down and it came off more. Now I'm stuck. Back up we go!

I play concert piano and flute. I haven't played the flute since high school and dabble on the piano when i visit my parents house.

I'm 32. I'm a mom to two beautiful little ones. Ben is 2 1/2 and Jillian is 5 months. I work as a teacher. I'm a huge sports fan...both playing and watching. Played Univ. rugby.

I guess it does. I guess my curiousity into other's views got me!.. Quarterly cleanses have left me feeling fantastic. The dr. said that even when people eat healthy...fibre, water etc, our bodies build up toxins. Helping flush them out is beneficial. Each to their own though.

Bootcamp which included a two km run, upper body training, and pilates. Later tonight I'm going to power walk with a friend.
