I log it all. I rarely eat my exercise points. My stats...5'8", 174 and wanting to get to 155/160. My bootcamp trainer suggested cutting out all processed sugars so I've been doing that. Thanks everyone.

I have two little ones...a 2 yr old and 4 month old. I'm 5 lbs away from my prepregnancy weight and want to lose another 10-15 after that.

Hey Ladies. I'm also 5'8"..my highest weight was 243. I am currently 175 and aiming for 160. Once i get there i will revaluate and see where i go. MY lowest ever was when i got married 3 yrs ago and weighed 155. I loved what i looked like there..so we'll see.
