I just recently got a boob job b/c of this.... my complaint....extra skin. I may not have a lot but what I have def shows when I sit :/. Also, for me b/c my thighs are so muscular all my jeans fit in the waist and are tight in the thighs -__-....

What if you don't have a gym membership to use the weights to lift heavy nor the space or money to afford heavy weights at home. All I have are dumbbells that goes up to like 20lbs a piece..

How many calories a day are you set at? Do you eat back your exercise calories or not? If so do you only do half or all of them?

How many calories were you eating a day? Did you eat back exercise calories or anything? Did you have a certain "net" that you reached? I have been working for two years to get to 135 and I am finally hovering at 138 and its because I had the flu that I got to 138 :/.

I do add spinach and sometimes broccoli I have tried kale but its to intense of a taste for me. I generally do one small banana 1/2c of blue berries or frozen mixed fruit and then like 2c of spinach leaves, when Im not out. So far its kept me full. can't really tell but I am def pear shaped :/.....I have lost about 60+ lbs and still am very pear shaped. I'm an "a" cup and my hips wont budge and neither will my saddle bags. I am hoping to have a boob job to help me fake an hour glass lol.

This was my final pregnancy....I was 36 weeks with twins, was the night before my c-section. I weighed 225lbs... Three years later...this was taken in Oct. 2012 I have had three pregnancies total.
