I have 2 old coffee jars. I filled one up with marbles. That one is called 'kg to lose'. The other jar is empty and is called 'kg lost'. I transfer the marbles as I lose weight as a visual reminder.

My day is halfway through. I think I might be a day ahead as in New Zealand? I got up and worked out and so far have stayed within my calorie goal. AM tracking my food and drinking my water. Looking to finish the day off strong :)

Hi there. I just started body revolution today and am feeling good so far. I'm 35 and about 40 kg (80lb?) overweight. I've done 30 day shred before and loved it. I'm not following her diet plan, just watching portion sizes and cutting out the junk food. I'm in New Zealand by the way...

"Jillian" says that you should only work out 5-6 days a week, and that you definitely need a rest day for your muscles to recover. So if you follow that you wouldn't finish in 30 days anyway...

I want this really bad. But its not available in NZ yet. I did biggest loser last chance work out last night with Jillian, and sweated buckets. Am planing on starting Extreme Shed & Shred today.

Hi there. I am so glad I found this group. I did attack for 5 days and lost 2.8 kg. So now I'm on the cruise phase. Have been doing okay with the food and am doing the 1 PP 1 PV rhythm.
