Today isnt going so well steps wise...after yesterdays accomplishment I slept through the alarm...then spent 3 hours at the hairdressers (prepping for next week!). I am working tonight though...so at least I think I'll still hit me step goal.

I know re. the steps on Friday. Unfortunately I still had to walk the kids to school (2 different schools) and the walk back to pick them up. That’s the only reason my steps got up there. I woke up in the early hours of Friday morning with the WORST stomach virus. Pretty sure it was food poisoning. So on Friday I spent the day in bed or in the bathroom and only managed minimal steps. All step counters are really just a guide anyway. I know personally that when I see that I’ve done very minimal moving (accurate or not) it inspires me to do something physical :smile:
