I'm kind of starting over, but a couple years ago, I dropped about 45lbs, and almost no one noticed until I hit 40! I could hardly notice (although I dropped 2 pant sizes) either!! I am 5'10" though, so.....??? Now, although it feels good when others notice, I'm doing this FOR ME!!!!

I forgot to add - if I am trying something new, that I'm not sure if I will love, I just look at the portions, and cut the recipe to one (or maybe two) servings! You can also google recipes for one - there are tons of cookbooks out there, and I think most of the food network pages, have built in portion converters!!!
