ACK!!! I always end up rambling in my FRs! I would say something like I saw that we have several friends in common and then start rambling from there.... I either end up with a new friend or a restraining order so it's a win/win situation!

I used to weigh in on Mondays so I forced myself to behave all weekend! Now I weigh in on Saturdays and find that on Sunday I am pleased with Saturday so I don't want to blow it!
