I weighed 192.8 this morning! I'm down 1.6 since last week! It seems keeping up with the little grandkids was just as good as the gym! I'm driving them home to Portland today and spending the weekend with 3 other grandchildren. We're going to Ringling Bros. Circus tomorrow. I have tickets in my company's suite. Nothing…

I seem to have found your double chin. Can't wait to pass it on. Congratulations!

25 lbs is a great accomplishment! Congratulations!

Very inspiring! I started at 202 and my goal is 155. Thanks for sharing!

We all want to weigh less but that number on the scale isn't as important as how you look and feel. I would just start from today and make sure you continue to move forward. Don't let it discourage you!

I was not home yesterday to weigh in. I'm at 194.2. Down 1.2 since last week! I'm on vacation this week. I have my grandkids, 2 years and 1 year, with me for the week. I hope I can stay as disciplined with them here.

I actually added 10 pounds to my original goal after asking my husband what he weighs. I did weigh less than him when we married 20 years ago. We are the same height and I have weighed significantly more than him for the past 14 years or so. I will be so happy when I weigh less than him. Only 40 pounds to go!

Only a slight change this week. My weight today is 195.4. I am excited to report inches lost next week! Hopefully some of the rest of you had better results!

I survived the camping trip with only one day over my calorie goal. I was tripped up by the potluck! I'm still pleased because I didn't go crazy with the snacks like I typically do on a camping trip. Hopefully I can make up for it by Friday weigh-in!

I'm weighing in early this week. I won't have Internet access while I am camping. I weighed 195.6 this morning! Down just slightly over 1 lb. Good luck to everyone!

Very inspiring! You have lost 47 pounds and that is my weight loss goal. I've only lost 5 so far but I want to have that great experience you just had!

My weekend was good! My daughter (who is also doing MFP) and her family were here. I stayed under my calories all weekend. The tough one will be this weekend. We are camping for 5 days with our three grandkids and our church family. No cell or internet service so I won't be on MFP. I need to do a good job of pre-planning…

I weighed 197.5 today. Down 1.5 from the starting weight of this challenge. I'm trying to do just over 1 lb. a week so I am happy with that! I've done my pushups all three days so far! I'm really shocked that I could do them! Have a great week everyone!

We have a lot of dress up events where I work. My husband always tells me to wear somerhing colorful because most everyone else will be in black. So from a man's point of view I would recommend the floral. Both look great!

I had to travel today so I missed my early visit to the gym. I did get a walk up and down the steep hill to our house tonight. I still need to get my pushups done tonight. I hope for good results tomorrow!

I also prefer The Griddler. We had a George Forman but this cleans up much easier and has more options.

Thank you. These stories do inspire us, even when you are still progressing!

I did 50 knee pushups and I got my water in! Woo Hoo!

I will be 60 in March. I just started MFP two weeks ago and I am very encouraged so far. I think we are both going to feel so great when we lose our 50 pounds! Feel free to add me as a friend.

Ouch! Pushups? I've never been able to do pushups. I guess I asked for this challenge didn't I? LOL

I missed the intro so here goes... I am 59 years old and I need to lose around 45 pounds. I have a wonderful husband, 4 children and 7 1/2 grandchildren. I want to be healthy and active for many years to spend time with them! I work full time as a district manager in a bank. Sales management is stressful and my job also…

You've done the hard part by admitting your failure. Now go forward and do what you know you can do! Most everyone on here has had setbacks and reversals but now we are all moving forward. Let's do it together!
