After going from 210 to 150, I allowed myself to go from 150 to 291 from 2001 to 2014. I just didn't care anymore. but I am now at 248. Lesson learned.

My advice is don't start something you can't sustain for the rest of your life. This is not a diet with an end date, but a lifestyle change. If you love sweets work them into your caloric goals by preplanning, just don't overdo it.

That's shameful. What a horrible thing to do. I would never sabotage a friend in anyway shape or form. That's not the type of behavior that friends exhibit. That's not the type of behavior that decent human beings exhibit to anyone much less a friend. I am truly disgusted at the thought.
