Avocados are amazing. I love them so much. I eat them on just about everything savory. I do mash them add a bit of lemon juice to keep it from turning brown or make guacamole. I then portion out 28 to 56g per meal to keep the calories in check.

I am 5'8. last time I flew I was about 275. You should be ok. I will say request a seatbelt extender as you board the plane. They have a finite number of them, best to make sure you have one.

I consider a cup 8 oz. so if your glass holds 12 oz drink two and you have completed 3 cups of water. If it's 16, then you have had 2 glasses of water. Today I mixed one can of Starkist chunk light tuna, drained, with 56g of avocado, 20g of carrots, 6g of mayo, 5g of dijon mustard, salt, pepper, lemon pepper, adobo seasoning with the red top, 1.5 Tbsps of lemon juice mixed it all up and it is fantastic. Eating it on lettuce wraps (66g) Total calories 231

Get used to it. My kid is in all honors classes, the school work, homework, and projects are ridiculous. But she's highly intelligent. Start them young and don't become complacent.
