I am really pissed that they cancelled his show. What is baffling, the woman that was offended was far from anorexic and probably never have and never will suffer from anorexia. Not to mention she and her friends were harassing him. This is so stupid.

you gain because you eat more calories than you burn. That said, 1/2lb equates to 1750 calories.So either you ate 1750 calories over your maintenance and gained a half of a pound, or gained a 1/2 pound in water weight which is the more likely culprit. Don't sweat it drink plenty of water.

ditto, I may have 8 drinks in a year. so 8 per week seems like an awful lot. However, it's all relative.

:laugh: this is not going to end well. Being a stay at home mom is harder than you think. I suggest you take a vacation. 3 days or so, send your wife on a trip with her friends, and take care of the baby see if you feel like cleaning while the baby is asleep.

I don't use dressing anymore. I add avocado, lime juice, and sour cream. Just as many calories as dressing but tastes so much better!

I love both kinds, and in moderation, both are fine. But I learned quickly, having to choose, I'd much rather have 140cal salad, than 140 cal ounce of chips. luckily for me most days I can have both! :love:

Good to know! I had this problem with the Fitbit, the fix for the fitbit was to set it for your dominant hand, but keep it on the non-dominant hand. Because I was logging a ton of steps just from driving.

Fitbit is more of a day to day activity monitor. It syncs with MFP which is nice, but for working out I use a Polar FT7 HRM. If you're deciding between the two, get the HRM first, then add the Fitbit. I happen to love both. I really appreciate the Fitbit when I am out and about, say at an amusement park, or shopping. Also…
