If it fits eat it. I bought the unwrapped snicker poppables, put them in single serve baggies when I want chocolate I grab one pack and go it's 190 calories.

I work out in the evening. I have a light snack beforehand and dinner when I get back home. If I eat a full meal before working out I get ill.

I am a sweats and a tee shirt kind of girl, I always have been. My clothes do match when I go to the gym and my hair is in a ponytail. I rarely wear makeup so I don't wear it to the gym.

I am only a 1/4 of the way through, and decided instead of buying a shorts and pants I am going to have to re-buy (hopefully) soon I am going to stick with Maxi dresses this spring/summer.

I use to be a shampoo and conditioner snob paying a small fortune for a small bottle. But I switched to Suave Morrocan oil shampoo and conditioner and for 4 bucks it works better than the shampoo and conditioner I was paying $50 for.

Eat in deficit. I too thought I couldn't "afford" to eat properly. instead of that $4.00 bag of chips buy a pack of baby carrots, a bunch of kale, (I like making kale chips google for the recipe) for crunch. Burlington, Marshall's, JC Penney, TJ Maxx, Macy's (If you have their credit card you can score great deals). I have never bee a big thrift shopper I hate "sifting" but I am sure you can find excellent deals if you don't mind going through stuff.
