Yo! I'm living in Dublin too :smile: I make it on here every day too so feel free to add!

I am so confused by this! My BMR was calculated at 1792, with maintenance at 2464. I've been currently eating about 1200 a day, burning about 280 every 2nd day on 30DS and a 500 cal burn at the weekend. I've been losing about 2lbs a week which I'm happy with. Should I be eating more?

I had a packet of rolos - my work gave a packet out to everyone for free, I couldn't refuse :laugh:

Years ago, he picked me up off the floor when I was drunk-dancing and fell over. We went out for a few weeks but I broke it off cos it was all too serious for a 21 year old! Our paths crossed over a year ago and we're still going strong :laugh:

I quite like her voice too - find it very tolerable except when she mentions Jumping Jacks. Thats when I wanna kick her in the gee! She also calls Natalie out with the cheating in level 2 which is funny. I find she's sometimes sarcastic and it makes it a bit more entertaining to follow (for me anyway!)

Great thread! Sometimes it's nice to know what clothes size I'll be buying next time I go out shopping. I haven't fit into a pair of Penneys (Primark to you) trousers in years, it'd be great to be able to fit into a pair of skinny jeans from there at some stage :laugh: Of course, all the nice ones that I see now won't…

Your story sounds exactly like mine in that being fat didn't make my life hell nor was I depressed or bullied etc... I had that "I need to fix this" moment a few weeks ago on xmas day and I'm trying my best to sort it out now :D Thanks :smile:

What an *kitten*! He should be encouraging you, not calling you fat and lazy! This is definitely your new motivation :D
