Not too late. Just doing it now.

I did the bonuses but missed 2 days of weight training. Which is exactly what I am trying to avoid. Agh! Next week I WILL do better. 8 points.

Orange Crush, Kit Kats and Mints I love these kinds of foods, so I definitely try to still have them either by having less or finding great substitutes. Every day, I'll plan a dessert, but it will either be a portion controlled snack like a Drumstick or something that is already quite low calorie and has decent macros,…

MFP glitched on you maybe? Lol. I'll put you back in. What did you have for points?
-
Ok. Glad to see you are uneaten. ☺
-
Not at all. Pick a chatter and a team and join in.
-
Lol. Yep. It was interesting. I don't know about anyone else, but I didn't see that coming.
-
Yay. Glad to see you are still uneaten. Lol.

Week Two Challenge Bonus Point Challenge #1 Orange Crush, Kit Kats and Mints. In this episode we saw Rick and Daryl indulging in pop and chocolate. In real life both Andrew Lincoln and Norman Reedus keep those foods to a minimum. They plan meals ahead, cook for themselves, have smaller portions and try to avoid foods that…

Yes. That's absolutely fine.

You are caculating correctly. One point for each day you meet your goals. And plus whatever you did of bonuses.
-
I got 8 points this week. I completed the 3 challenges, but did not meet my step goal on Friday or Saturday.
-
Don't forget to post your score on the Gore Card some time this weekend! We don't want to lose anyone to the Walkers.

Ok. Sounds good. I'll add you.

Perfect! You've had an awesome week and this is definitely where you post. This first week runs from Monday the 15th thru Sunday the 21st. Ideally I'd like to see everyone posted by the time the show airs on Sunday Central time, but if you're a little late it's usually no biggie.

Great goals! Yes, I decided to have people make their own goals/habits this time, as each individual knows what is best for them and don't need x number of cardio minutes pushed on them unwillingly. Lol.
-
Not at all. Pick at team and a character and check out this week's challenge.
-
You bet! You can always modify or even substitute any challenge exercise with whatever you feel will give you the same benefit.

No problem. Lol.

Welcome to the challenge. I'll add you to the list.
-
Yes. That would be fair. Glad you brought up this question as I'm sure others have thought if it and this part of the scoring wasn't really explained.

Re: Challenge #1. Be like Michonne and tell how you are going to fit in your habits: I plan to log all meals every day in the morning, thus giving me the heads up on my cals/macros etc (and whether I need to get groceries). Also if I know there's ice cream logged for supper, I can more easily pass on a donut a lunchtime. I…

It's a maximum of 1 point per day for meeting your goals.:).
