  • Being ACTUALLY handicapped, I get really annoyed when large girls take the handicapped stall. It's NOY for you...it's for us who really need it. Please...a little respect.
  • First, forgive me but what is a stone? Anyway, it's weight off so it counts. I agree that you should try eating a little more...but, you need to stay away from processed carbs and go with fruit or hummus and celery. These are much better snacks. Sometimes eating more will kick start your loss again. Stay with it!
  • Are you kidding? Use olive oil or canola oil ONLY. And those sparingly. Good grief! We're trying to lose weight and get healthy here...use your heads.
  • Start by informing those guys you live with that if you don't start taking care of yourself, they won't have you any more. If that doesn't do it then they can just get used to what you are doing. Take charge of your own life. Do it now...don't wait until you're my age (64).
  • Wow ! And I thought I had a hard time! I get unsolicited advice all the time. I usually now just tell whoever to mind their own business. Unfriendly? Sure. But it works.
  • Why are you concerned about this? If you only have 10 lbs. left, what difference could it possibly make? Eat what you want just less to keep the weight off for good.
