My moms cooking fried tilapia and white potatoes tonight... so I just go and search "fried tilapia" and add it to my diary or do I add "fried tilapia,vegetable oil,and the type of breeding she used" I was confused because some listing do have tilapia that's fried that I can add

Running on the treadmill?
How hard is it to run on the treadmill? I hate running and I'm horrible at running but I want to get better and learn to incorporate it in my cardio ...how slow can I go on the treadmill to start off? And any tips for a starter?

Treadmill vs. MFP
When I walked on the treadmill for 2.5 mph with an incline of .05 for 20 minutes MFP said I burned 102 calories but my treadmill said I burned 141 calories... which is right?

My weight is going down too fast ?
So I weighed myself a week ago and I was at 271.9 then I weighed myself three days ago and I was at 270 even then today I weighed myself and I'm at 266.5 is my scale broken four pounds in three days doesn't sound right

I ate a fried chicken biscuit for breakfast and I don't know what to log in ...it was homemade half of chicken breast fried ,with a half of slice of cheese one biscuit split in half
