offseason moves
i am so torn on what i want them to do. part of me says trade a bunch of picks for #2 and take RG3. but that is so risky and it seems like our drafting is getting better so maybe keep our picks and take a QB in round 2. only way i sign Manning is if it is an incentive driven deal.

ESPN crawl is saying they wont stay in Glendale when the team is sold. that's sad. I'm a big Capitals fan and have been in PHX for only a year but i like catching a game there. seems like they should have put the team downtown with access by lightrail...maybe that would have drawn more crowds?

need general tips
started getting back into shape in late June. lost about 36 pounds so far. i lift weights 4 days a week.(2 upper/2 lower) cardio about 5 for 20-30 minutes. play tennis 1 day/week. i take a multi vitamin every day along with fish oil. my food log should be open. im always looking for ways to improve my plan so any advice…
