Yesterday for work I wanted to be both comfortable and professional looking. So I went ahead and pulled out a stretchy material suit that has been sitting there waiting for it not not be too tight. When I looked in the mirror I realized that I MISSED THE MARK!!! The suit doesn't fit it is WAY TOO BIG!! Woohooo!!

Knee rehab
At the end of my third half marathon last May, my knee went out on me - torn meniscus aggravated from an old injury. Had surgery in July and still not able to do any running. Anyone have any experience in what helps a knee to heal faster?
