How long did it take you ?
I bought a elliptical machine and for some reason i thought i could just hop on and use it for a hour. I was wrong. I haven't worked out in a long time and i can only use it for about four minutes. It's disappointing. So how long did it take you to be able to use a elliptical or a treadmill for a half hour or a hour ?

Need breakfast ideas
I have been eating the same breakfast for awhile and it's good but it's starting to get old. I usually eat half a cup of egg whites with cheese and salsa, two slices of low calorie multi grain toast with strawberry jam. I am vegetarian but other than that I'm open to new foods. Any ideas ?
