Biggest Loser has kicked off!! Anyone else?
Day 2 of BL and I'm stoked that my fitness level is much better than I thought it would be. My stomach muscles were screaming for help this morning.... I have a spinning class to look forward to tomorrow morning! Never done spinning before - any tips on how to stay ON bike would be much appreciated!! :tongue:

Anyone eating RAW only?
I'm wondering if anyone else is RAW? I have been eating like this since Nov 2011 and it has been the most wonderful eating choice I have made. Main diet consists of raw fruit, veg (salads, smoothies & juices), sprouted seeds/pulses, raw nuts & dehydrated goodies. I also make raw bread & pizza bases. Super yummy stuff.…
