My best friend just had surgery...
My best friend had ankle fusion surgery on Friday and I have volunteered to take her dinner tomorrow. She has recently lost 60lbs and is afraid of gaining it all back while on bedrest. I am looking for suggestions of something healthy that I can bring her. Any thoughts/ideas would be wonderful!

Soooo....I got fitted for my bridesmaid dress for my sister's wedding today. I went in just hoping I wouldn't be a 16....much to my surprise; THE SAMPLE DRESS FIT!!!!! SIZE 12; I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT!!!!! Hopefully this will encourage someone =)

29.6 lbs down...that's close enough to 30 right?

stretch marks
My weight has fluctuated greatly the past few years and I have many marks to show it. Has anyone found anything that actually works to help reduce the appearance of stretch marks?
