how many calories do you think i burned today?
I have my settings set to "lightly active" -just so everyone knows. (even though I am more active) I worked 9 hours today - 6 am to 6 pm. with a two hour lunch. going over goals.
I used to have my goals set at 1300-1500 ish and did fine. i have 10 more lbs to lose. for some reason in life, i changed my goals to 1270. and am having a really hard time staying under those goals. advice??? change goals back to 1300-1500 whatever? or............?
