yes weight loss happens in the kitchen. all you need is to eat at a calorie deficit regularly over time. But not simply "monitor" what you eat. really KNOW how many calories you are eating.…3 -

Have nuts and bars handy to eat during work. get higher fat content cottage cheese use any condiment with fat on the bread with your sandwich. Make an extra to bring to work.1
