its easy - build a recipe (use raw ingredients), make servings equal to total weight prepared (i.e. 100oz) then when you weigh out - log that weight as a serving - so if you eat 10oz, you log 10 serv…3 -

i use a TDEE to factor in my workouts - since i have a pretty set routine - but avg 2800cal a day - female/5'3"/165lbs - long distance cyclist etc1 -

honestly, if this lunch is a one off type event - i would eat at maintence for the day or just enjoy the food and then tomorrow get back on the calorie train - one day won't hurt23 -

slow down - most of the time people struggle with breathing because they are running too fast for their current capability - when you slow down, you can focus on getting your breathing correct1
