depends on what my calorie goals are for the day - on my days where i do higher fats - i love Noosa full-milk yogurt; if its a lower fat day, i do an oikos triple zero and another low fat option1 -

if you are staying within your calories no - you may also consider upping your fat allowance (if you hate seeing red like some people)4 -

the one thing i would caution that Taco Bell is typically high in sodium - so even if you get a decent calorie meal, expect a weight bump because of sodium/water retention8 -

or just weighing it before...if you cook 56g of dry pasta for 10min and it comes out to 120g or 56g for 12 min and it comes out to 150g...its base is still 56g dry - that is why dry is recommended3
