For last night's work out, I held an elbow plank for 30 seconds. It was hard, but I did not feel myself breaking form until about 28 seconds. A month ago 15 seconds was a struggle!28 -

Do something active every day. Walking on work breaks, or just a little stretching. Or hit the gym when I can. But my mini goal is to just try to do something even if it's just 5 minutes.6 -
