Well, 3 out of 4 isn’t bad. I had to pull out of the Instructor exams as my husband became seriously unwell and I needed to be at home not overseas. (He’s fine now). I am going to rebook for Easter 2…1 -

At your weight / BMI (16.2) it doesn’t really matter what you eat. You need to eat more. There’s a great list of calorie-dense foods here somewhere - choose some stuff off that and enjoy!4 -

Just a quick maths check here. 800+300+200=1300. Therefore you still have 200 to play with to make your 1500. You could “spend” this on either a larger or second afternoon snack. That may help with t…2 -
