Unless there is a time limit set for the race, there probably isn't one, run walk as you fell is right. Regular run walk intervals, walk when you need to slow to your recovery jog as needed..., just …1 -

Daughter's Wedding Week is over and only logged 6.5 miles for the week. Lots of walking though, and eating ;-) Time for this Father of the Bride to get back at it.1
