Go for it! If I'm able to lift in the morning, I do fine with my normal load fasted. Later in the day, the tank is empty and I need a protein shake to get through my normal load/routine.2 -
Re: How do you deal when cravings hit hard?
I brush my teeth, take a nap, go for a run....depending on where I am and what time constraints I'm working under. Sometimes, I just say "oh well" and give in to the cravings.2 -

I use the olive oil spray. The butter spray tastes (Pam and Store Brand) kind of chemically/fake to me.1 -
