I eat chocolate everyday. Try Hershey Miniatures. Two pieces is only 84 calories, or sugar free fudgecicles for 40 calories. Sugar free puddings taste great also. Fruit is also a healthy option.2 -

Drink a lot of water, and go for a walk. Your day looks good nutritionally, maybe you need a distraction to stop thinking about food.3 -
