Do u log your cooking oil?
Say you sautee up some asparagus and parsnips with olive oil for dinner and use over 3 tbls of oil in the pan. When you log your meal, do you log 3 tbls of oil?1 -

@lorrpb You are absolutely right. I haven't allowed much of a margin for error and all calorie counts are estimates. This is so wise! Thank you.1 -
