Be careful. You can dilute the electrolytes in your blood by drinking too much. Hyponatremia can send you to the hospital. At the least, you will feel really awful.1 -

If you are aiming for 1200 calories and run an hour, burning 600 or so calories, if you didn't eat them back you would only end up with 600 calories to fuel your body. That can have really bad health…5
