No run today. Biked 90+ minutes total of 24 miles plus 20 min strength. I am beat. I do have a race coming up Oct 3rd. They have also given a virtual option. Hoping to actually run it.3 -

Speaking of dual citizenship I have dual Canada/USA. Does give a bit more choices. Sports bra...I have at the beach, and once here at home. And as @martaindale said I actually did feel more empowered…5
