Right now you probably can get away with not logging the odd snack. But once you get close to your goal weight? That handful of potato chips could render your very small deficit non-existent.5 -

For some, especially those with a lot of weight to lose, you can get away with not having a food scale in the beginning. I lost my first 24lbs without one. But when you get closer to your goal weight…1 -
