Meal timing has very little impact on your body composition. Sleep, however, can impact your health, mood, training, and body composition. In my mind, whatever helps you sleep better, go for it.4 -

Emotional/binge eating has been an issue for me since I was a kid. It did not really manifest as a problem until I was an adult. Even then, I was not self aware enough to see the underlying issues. O…7 -
