Slice up a lemon and put it in water. That way the water will have lemon flavor. Then take the slices of lemon, cut them up and put them in your salad. That way you will use its fiber and nutrients.2 -

I'm whole food plant based with no oil and even then I can't be that low in calories without losing in nutrients. Sorry I can't help, good luck in your research.2
