OK. Are you logging in your 40 minutes of walking exercise? That will give you some additional calories to eat. You should be eating them. You've earned them. You can eat them and you will still lose…2 -

Add in some higher calorie snacks. An ounce of cheese, a small handful of almonds, half an avocado, etc. You'll be more likely to hit your net calorie goal and you won't feel overly full.4
