You are training too frequently if you are doing the same routine 5x a week so probably aren’t progressing as well as you could. Your programme is not optimal. I don’t see a bench press in your list …12 -

One or two weeks of poor nutrition and no exercise will make little/no difference to you muscle mass or strength, especially long term. Eat what you can at maintenance until you are well. Start back …9 -
