Any one-item diet is, by definition, nutritionally unbalanced and will, eventually, make you sick. You may lose weight but you will be sick.16 -

Re: Leftover turkey
A good way to heat up the leftover turkey to have it still moist and wonderful is to use a steamer basket and just heat slices and chunks of it over water. Lovely.1 -
