Eating the foods I enjoy in a calorie deficit. I lift and walk a lot, but that's more for fitness than for weight loss.10 -

I wouldn't say 90% of people here. I've been here 4.5 years and never had a "cheat" meal/day/whatever. If I want it, I fit it into my weekly calories.18 -

It's only been five days. Weight loss isn't linear. And you shouldn't be eating 1000 calories.4
