I have it. I don't follow it daily, just add it in 1-2 days a week to my gym schedule. I'm not very flexible and I do notice a difference in my flexibility when I do it.1 -

If you were snacking on them constantly and keeping your mouth in an acidic state then yes it could cause issues. Most people just eat a piece of fruit though and not take a bite. Wait 5 or so min ta…2
