Toast with jam. Fruit. I buy a lot of dessert flavoured greek yogurts for this reason. Or just have a couple cookies, 100-200 calories still lets you have one or two. Just budget for it.7 -

Is 1700 maybe too low? Depending on what maintenance is for you, with only 10 lbs to lose you could likely run a smaller deficit (like 250 cals a day) and not feel the need to binge. Might be worth a…4 -
