Meal prep is key! Hard boiled eggs, chicken breasts, one pot meals like chili - having these ready to re-heat at any time will keep you from reaching for something quick and not so great.2 -

The fabric softener helps, but you should really wash your wraps, or wear clean ones, every class. Once your gloves start to smell it's all downhill....trust me, I've tried everything!2
