I think the "clean" reference means a minimal amount of fat gain during a bulk while the "dirty" in a dirty bulk means a greater amount of fat gained2 -

Great job, looking good. No need for trainers, consistency is the only secret. Other than that a trainer will just regurgitate to you info which is readily available online for free.1 -
